Amazing success at Bowral

Hi All,

Yesterday we had another successful show in Bowral!

It was a fantastic day were everyone had a great time. I have been getting emails all morning tell me how much fun and how well organized the show was and how happy and pleasant the who day was.

The theme of the show was Christmas in July and it was fantastic the hall was decorated with Christmas decorations and some people dressed up and some dressed up there cats and or cages.

I would like to thank many people for helping make it such a great day.

I like to thank the judges from Queensland Barbara La Rocca, Judy Lewis and Geoff Dumigan.

For there judging of the cats it was a good size show with 74 entry’s.

I would also like to thank Helen and Deb for all there hard work and Lyn for all her work on the door and welcoming the hundreds of members of the public the door takings go a long way towards our next lot of international judges we have coming later in the year it is our goal to bring judges in from all over the world and from all over Australia as we have a rule in TFA that no Judge can judge more then twice in any 12 months.

This way we give our exhibitors the very best judging we can with no same old same old judges.
I would also like to thank Rick and corin for all there cooking skills and Keri for he cat cookie that we all enjoyed all day.

Between all the cookies, cakes and Lolly’s I think I have put on about 2kg LOL.

I would also like to thank Di, Richard and Terry for stewarding and Sonya for her great stage display and Neil and Bruce for all there hard labour. and thank you to everyone who helped set up and pull down I was amazed at how many people helped pull down and help all day this is what will make our club fantastic is the team work.

Also a big big thank you to all our sponsors and everyone who donated prizes I have never seen so many prizes
There were beds, carry cages, food, cat milk, 100s of cat toys, Xmas stockings and tones of litter there was not a cage that did have prizes on it.

Most of all a very big thank you to everyone who came to the show and supported TFA from the exhibitors to the public to those of you who came from all over NSW and Canberra just to say hi.

If anyone would like to start showing there cat or kitten feel free to give me a call on 040 0116 699 and I would be more then happy to give you a hand to get started in showing.
